The founder's story
Lesley Martín is a holistic trauma therapist turned transformation coach and spiritual mentor, working online with entrepreneurs and change-makers from Buffalo, New York. Her work helps people heal from past adversity and step beyond professional success into a more authentic, joyful life. She had built that practice as Lesley Martín Coaching, yet the name no longer held everything she did, or everything she wanted to become.
The idea at the centre
People don't hire a coach for a method. They hire for a feeling: the sense that they could finally become who they are underneath. Lesley's practice spanned the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, yet her name pointed only to her. She needed a brand that could carry the depth and spirituality of the work without tipping into cliché, and hold the transformation at its centre rather than the coach.
OUR solution
We led the rebrand from Lesley Martín Coaching to a new name and world of its own, anchored in a symbol Lesley already lived by: the Blue Lotus, the flower that rises through murky water to bloom, revered across Egyptian, Buddhist and Hindu traditions as a symbol of purity, intuition and rebirth. Blue Lotus Soul Coach made the metamorphosis the hero, the caterpillar becoming a butterfly, the soul stepping into the light, rather than the coach.
From there we built the full identity. We shaped the verbal direction around her own line, let your soul shine, and a voice that is spiritual yet grounded. We designed a wordmark and lotus-led visual world, luminous without losing weight, with a palette and type system to match, and delivered it all as a complete set of brand guidelines she could carry across web, social and her coaching materials.
